1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or requesting services from ALTRIX PRO LLC, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

We provide residential and commercial pest control services in accordance with applicable laws and best practices. Specific scopes will be described in quotes or service agreements.

3. Quotes, Scheduling, and Payment

Quotes are estimates based on information provided and on-site inspection. Payment is due as stated on the invoice. We may require deposits for certain services.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customer agrees to prepare the service area (e.g., access, sanitation, removing pets/people where required) and to follow all safety instructions we provide.

5. Warranties and Limitations

We warrant services will be performed in a professional manner. Except as required by law, we disclaim all other warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel. Fees may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.

7. Compliance and Safety

All treatments utilize EPA-registered products. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
