Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days of treatment. We will assess and, where appropriate, provide a re-service at no additional cost.

Eligibility

- Property must have been prepared and accessible as instructed
- Recommended follow-up actions must have been completed
- Evidence of ongoing activity may be required

Non-Refundable Items

- Completed services where re-service resolves the issue
- Missed appointments or late cancellations
- Damage unrelated to pest control
